Jamia-tul-Hassan Online is a recognized educational academy providing authentic online Islamic education, including traditional Darse Nizami (Alim & Alimah courses), Quranic recitation with Tajweed, Hadith sciences, Arabic grammar, and digital academic library access to students globally.

We collect personal information solely to administer educational programs, authenticate authorized students and faculty, and provide personalized learning experiences:
- Direct Registration Information: Full name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, residential city and country, gender, and academic enrollment level (Darja).
- Academic & Learning Records: Course progress, attendance timestamps, homework submissions, examination results, quiz scores, certificate verification codes, and spiritual recitation/tasbih logs.
- Technical Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and login session identifiers strictly to ensure account security and prevent unauthorized access.
3. Google OAuth & Google User Data Collection
Jamia-tul-Hassan Online allows users to register and sign in conveniently using their Google Account via Google OAuth 2.0. When authenticating with Google, we request the following permissions:
- openid, .../auth/userinfo.email, .../auth/userinfo.profile: Used strictly to verify user identity, retrieve verified email addresses, auto-fill student profiles, and display account avatars.
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload (Authorized Faculty Only): Used strictly by verified academy instructors to upload official classroom lecture recordings directly to the academy's official YouTube channel. We do not access, view, modify, or delete any personal YouTube data of general students or users.
Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use Disclosure:
"Jamia-tul-Hassan Online's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements."
We strictly do NOT use Google user data to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models. We do NOT sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third-party data brokers, advertising platforms, or any unauthorized third parties.
5. Third-Party Data Sharing Prohibition
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade personal data to third parties. Personal data is never shared with third-party advertisers. We only utilize security-audited infrastructure providers (such as encrypted cloud databases via Supabase and Convex) strictly to operate the educational platform under strict confidentiality standards.
